Our technical design classes are perfect for the up and coming backstage professional. Ever wanted to know what goes on behind the scenes in order to put on a West End show or pop concert? Do you want to gain the knowledge skills to start working on productions yourself?
Led by our professional designers and technicians working across the industry and the world, these sessions aim to provide an introduction to various production disciplines including:

At the heart of RE:ACT Performing & Production Arts' ethos, in particular our design avenue, application of knowledge is paramount. Real life experiences and real life opportunities such as festivals and external theatre productions are central to the learning process. The sessions will contain a mixture of theory classes, practical demonstrations and activities. You will have the opportunity to practice new skills on industry-standard equipment in a safe and fun environment.
